A mn\u011b se to nel\u00edb\u00ed. Kolikr\u00e1t mi mamka tohle vy\u010detla. A m\u011b to potom mrz\u00ed, tak\u017ee kolikr\u00e1t jsem cht\u011bla zhubnout a dr\u017eela jsem r\u016fzn\u00e9 diety, ale asi po t\u00fddnu jsem se na to musela vyka\u0161lat. Musela jsem celou dietu p\u0159eru\u0161it. Proto\u017ee jsem  opravdu u nedok\u00e1zala b\u00fdt dva dny bez sladk\u00e9ho. A nejrad\u011bji jsem m\u011bla zmrzlinu a sladk\u00e9 jogurty. To byla v\u017edy moje nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161e\u0148. J\u00e1 v\u00edm, \u017ee jogurty jsou sice zdrav\u00e9 na n\u011bjakou st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3ru, ale jsou velmi tu\u010dn\u00e9 a pln\u00e9 cukru. Proto jsem se na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed dozv\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee v l\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u011b prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed taky n\u00e1poj na hubnut\u00ed.  Myslela jsem, \u017ee sly\u0161\u00edm \u0161patn\u011b. V\u016fbec jsem nev\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee existuje n\u011bjak\u00fd n\u00e1poj na hubnut\u00ed. To jako vypiji n\u011bjak\u00fd n\u00e1poji a budu \u0161t\u00edhl\u00e1? Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee to mysl\u00edm pouze ze srandy. Je mi jasn\u00e9, \u017ee n\u00e1poj na hubnut\u00ed funguje na principu takov\u00e9m, \u017ee t\u011blu dod\u00e1 v\u0161echny \u017eiviny, \u017ee taky mo\u017en\u00e1 zamez\u00ed chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9.   A tohle by se mi opravdu hodilo. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee kdybych nejedla tolik sladk\u00e9ho a do sebe ned\u00e1vala tolik cukru, tak shod\u00edm sv\u00e1 kila hned, proto\u017ee jinak se opravdu hodn\u011b h\u00fdbu, tak\u017ee v pohybu bych nem\u011bla v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Mo\u017en\u00e1 bych zpevnila n\u011bjak\u00e9 svaly posilovnou, ale to u\u017e je vedlej\u0161\u00ed. Tak\u017ee ihned p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed t\u00fdden za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m s dietou. A zkus\u00edm pr\u00e1v\u011b n\u00e1poj na hubnut\u00ed a uvid\u00edm, jak\u00fd to bude m\u00edt efekt na m\u00e9 t\u011blo a psychiku. T\u0159eba u\u017e nebudu m\u00edt v\u016fbec chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9. To by byla moje nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhra. Zbavit se chuti na sladk\u00e9 bych ocenila nejv\u00edce. Nav\u00edc \u017eiviny z se t\u011blu v\u017edycky hod\u00ed.
