Duplexov\u00e9 rekuperace m\u00edvaj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost 75 \u2013 95 procent v z\u00e1vislosti na objemu v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku, na jeho typu a na pr\u016ftoku vzduchov\u00e9 hmoty .&#13; &#13; Praktick\u00e9 pojet\u00ed&#13; &#13; Rekuperaci lze vyu\u017e\u00edt v bytech i rodinn\u00fdch domech, v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch objektech, v plaveck\u00fdch baz\u00e9nech a aquaparc\u00edch, ve zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch (nemocnic\u00edch) tedy prakticky v\u0161ude tam, kde je nutno zajistit dostate\u010dn\u00e9 v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou to prob\u00edh\u00e1 tak, \u017ee odpadn\u00ed vyd\u00fdchan\u00fd vzduch m\u00e1 teplotu, dejme tomu 21 stup\u0148\u016f, venkovn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed m\u00e1 -5 stup\u0148\u016f a rekupera\u010dn\u00ed jednotka vh\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dist\u00fd vzduch o teplot\u011b 18 stup\u0148\u016f.
